From the office staff to the onsite crew members and all those in between; everyone has been courteous, professional, and true to their word. We can’t say enough about the quality of service. They take the time to really listen to you, provide upfront checklists of expectations, keep disruptions to a minimum, are respectful and can be trusted to deliver exceptional quality at a reasonable cost.What more could you ask for?They never try to sell you something you don’t need and in fact, once saved us money by recommending a service and maintenance call in lui of going forward with a major purchase.We recently requested Arpi’s replace old poly B pipe in our home and remedy plumbing concerns for a secondary suite project we were undertaking. The end result exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be more pleased. The Project Manager Don was awesome! He was very detailed and also helped me out where ever he could with pricing. The two gentlemen that did the installation were amazing!! Very professional and polite. They kept me involved every step of the way. They even sent me pictures of their progress throughout the day when I was not there. They put tarps down to protect the floor when they first started. They cleaned everything up before they left and it was like they were never there. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from Arpi’s.
