We are looking for a Plumbing Site Lead/Working Foreman. The role is within a fast-paced residential plumbing division that completes new home installations in
both production & custom homes.
We expect that you already possess a positive mind set, strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail, but you also have a positive, safe and professional attitude.
Job description:
Site lead/working foreman role on Multi-Family Townhome project(s). Must have “hands on”
experienced with all stages of construction.
Duties include:
- Install and/or instruct apprentices to complete trunk lines, groundworks, rough in and finishing stages
- Monitor installation processes and provide training as needed
- Ensure field employees are adhering to health and safety regulations at ALL times
- Resolve on-site issues or conflicts between field employees, other trades, contractors and homeowners
- Supervise sub-contractors to make sure they are following our installation procedures & guidelines
- Create material lists and manage onsite material storage crib
- Report any relevant on-site issues to management as needed
*Working “hands on”; will be required to install/repair/service plumbing systems day to day
