Project Description

The BMO Centre Expansion is nearly 1 million square feet in size and located within the Calgary Stampede Grounds. The project has over 10 different mechanical rooms which requires our in house BIM department to model and pre fabricate 75% of the project off site in our pipe and ducting fabrication shops. Arpi’s Industries is responsible for the hydronic heating and cooling, HVAC and plumbing for the project. as well as managing the fire protection, mechanical insulation and BMS subcontractor scopes of work.
