We had our furnace ptu this past Friday and have nothing but high praise for Habte for his outstanding work and excellent customer service skills. He is very thorough and keeps you informed on the condition of your furnace. Companies are built on employees like this man. Also hats off to the customer service staff for being helpful. Excellent company to deal with.

I decided to get a quote from Arpi's through Costco's program after speaking with a few friends that have used them for furnace replacement. I needed furnace and hot water tank. I called them and the project Mgr called me back within a few hours. He came by the next day to see the existing setup, discussed fully with me and had a quote prepared within an hour. The pricing was at the lowest end of my estimated price range after speaking with a few other places. I confirmed the deal the next morning and was scheduled for install 1 week later. The crew showed up on time, around 8:30 am we're very careful and easy to work with, not that I had to do much. They were done by 3:30 and left the area cleaner than when the arrived. I am very happy with their work and with the professionalism they have shown throughout the process and would highly recommend them.

Wes did an awesome job with our yearly furnace and AC service. He was very thorough and explained everything that we needed to know. He went over and above and it was a pleasure conversing with Wes. Hope we can get him to do our service next year!

I had a wonderful service visit by Jared M. of Arpi's to do a furnace check-up. He was very pleasant to deal with, and provided all kinds of good information regarding furnace filters, potential remaining life of the unit, humidistat/humidifier-related items, and CO detectors. He was also accommodating with respect to wearing a mask (primary resident of the house is a nonagenarian with respiratory issues) and taking off his shoes (household is a "shoes-off" residence). Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend Arpi's and in particular Jared M. if you need a furnace check-up done for your home.

Myles was on time and performed all necessary adjustments etc. He asked appropriate questions about CO detectors and assured me my merv12 filters were ok just change more often like 60 instead of 90 days . Explained option to get annual check or just pay as you go which is what I prefer too. These people know furnaces they installed my unit and they check everything necessary. If there is a problem like I had during install it was rectified no drama no BS . Even gave me a senior discount 5% which is always welcome. They have been around since the early 1960’s and it shows they want to maintain their good reputation.

Asked me if I had any questions. This allowed me to ask about humidifier. Not understanding range, he explained it was set for winter and only operates when furnace operates. Range is between 30-40. Cleared up that situation for me.
