Calgary, AB – Updated September 8, 2020 – Arpi’s Industries is committed to the health and safety of our family of employees and extended family of customers. We have resumed regular business hours with strict safety protocols to help our customers get ready for the winter season.
We continue to make changes in the workplace to limit physical contact with each other and our customers. We have staggered attendance for our employees and have implemented remote work arrangements where possible.
Our technicians, shop and office teams follow strict safety procedures to protect both themselves and the homes and buildings they visit. Part of this procedure includes screening of residential customers over the phone prior to arrival, and completing a hazard assessment when arriving in the home. Commercial sites follow screening upon check-in and hazard assessments.
When our technicians visit your home, please follow the safety protocols recommended by the health authority including hand washing, physical distancing and limited contact.
