Your Arpi’s Maintenance Plan is a one-year minimum membership with non-refundable fees. It will automatically renew unless either party gives notice within 30 days of the renewal date.
The plan and its benefits apply only to the equipment listed on your maintenance plan (details will be emailed).
Members receive an annual supply of either 1” Merv 11 filters (16x25 or 20x25) or one standard-sized 5” Merv 11 filter.
All parts replaced by Arpi’s on covered equipment come with a 2-year parts and labor warranty.
Priority emergency service is provided within 24 hours for no heat, no hot water, or significant leaks, and within 48 hours for no cooling.
The Plumbing Protection Plan includes maintenance on one boiler, one tankless water heater, or up to two standard tank water heaters.
Members will receive a reminder email or text, and maintenance will be scheduled between March and August.
