Absolutely amazing service, explained every step that he was completing, making sure i properly understood, I saw him complete numerous tests to be sure he was replacing the correct parts, he was very friendly and even gave me extra advice on many things that would help the longetivity of our furnace. Overall amazing service, and I have peace of mind knowing he was extremely throrough while completing the job!

Myles was great! On time, very knowledgeable and helpful. Fixed my leaking humidifier and serviced our furnace. I signed up for Arpi’s annual membership. Very happy!

Leroy was incredibly helpful. My heater fan was vibrating the home, and they came the next day. I thought the part was overpriced but the service from Leroy eases the pain. He also offered and did a full furnace inspection. The best journeyman I have met for sure.

I recently had a furnace and heat pump installed at my home.
My basement is finished, it took some outside the box thinking to get the electrical for the heat pump to my fuse box.
I would like to thank Grant for being a true professional and discussing all the options and then doing a great job in completing the task.

Arpi's provides top notch service every time they are here. This morning Ryan came to perform the annual inspection of the furnace and A/C. Arrived on time, provided quality service, explained where he could make improvements (preventative maintenance) and ensured that I had correct replacement filters. I am always impressed with the professionalism of their technicians.

March 2026 - Another great experience with Arpi's today. Included within my contract is vent cleaning every third year. Logan and Joswan arrived within the promised service window. They were clean and organized with everything completed in under 2 hours. Great job.

Kent was great. Explained everything and had great communication.

Lucas came to install a new heat pump. He was friendly, personable, kept me updated on progress, and did a great job setting everything up. He gave me some tips and tricks to reduce future maintenance costs and took the time to explain the system. Arpis had installed the ductwork and furnaces in the house so installation and integration was easy.

Seth came to the house to address an issue with my furnace. He is always cheerful and a great communicator. He recognized the issue immediately. I would highly recommend Seth.
